Château Filhot's property covers 320 hectares in one piece. Listed in 1855, Château Filhot was distributed until the end of the 19th century under the label Château Sauternes. It regained its name in 1901. Certainly one of the most beautiful properties in Sauternes, Château Filhot has a high quality vineyard. More fruity and fragrant than most other Sauternes, this wine is aged in old barrels which give it incomparable finesse.
