Cazottes Distillery - Natural Infusion Gin - 44%

The Cazottes Distillery is located in Villeneuve-sur-Vère in the Tarn . Laurent Cazottes , heir to the know-how of a traveling distiller, cultivates his fruits and flowers using organic farming , with biodynamic practices. He has around 600 Williams pear trees, 200 Reine Claude Dorée plum trees, and vines since 2010. He produces eaux-de-vie, liqueurs as well as aperitifs and wine.

Genièvre Infusion Naturelle is a spirit drink made from juniper made from artisanal wine brandy. It is macerated with organic and wild ingredients such as juniper berries, citrus fruits, plants, flowers and spices. Distillation takes place in an old still and the brandy is aged in glass demijohns.
