Domaine Jean-Paul et Benoît Droin is located in Chablis . The vineyard covers 26 hectares located in the most beautiful terroirs of Chablis and divided into four appellation levels: Petit Chablis, Chablis, nine Premiers Crus and five Grands Crus.

Chablis Grand Cru Valmur is made from Chardonnay grapes with an average vine age of 15 years. The harvest is directly pressed and fermentation begins spontaneously with indigenous yeasts in stainless steel vats and barrels . Malolactic conversion is systematically carried out. The wine is aged for 8 to 10 months .
