The Domaine des Lambrays is a flagship vineyard of Morey Saint-Denis, which was bought by the LVMH group in 2014. The manager, Thierry Brouin remains in office and should ensure the continuity of the style of the wines of the property. Clos des Lambrays remains the flagship of the estate, but the latter also produces in Morey-Saint-Denis as well as whites in Puligny-Montrachet, bringing the total area of the vineyard to 11 hectares. Low yields (28hl / ha), manual harvesting, and 18-month aging in 50% new oak barrels are practiced.
