Produced since the 1993 vintage, the second wine of Château Mouton Rothschild bears the name of the residence of its owner, Philippine de Rothschild, located in the heart of the estate. From the youngest vines on the estate, it is harvested and then vinified with the same care as the great wine. The bottles of Petit Mouton de Mouton Rothschild are adorned with a label with a graphic design inspired by that produced by Jean Carlu for the 1924 vintage of Mouton Rothschild (first vintage bottled at the Château)
