Outside the medieval town of Saint-Emilion, half an hour's drive north of Bordeaux, is Château Martinet, a superb 18th century manor house whose legendary reputation has given it the name of "Prince of the Sands. ".
This 25 hectare wine-growing estate belongs to the Lavaux family, also owners in Pomerol (Ch. St Pierre, Ch. Haut Cloquet, Ch. La Renaissance and Clos du Vieux Plateau Certan), in Lalande de Pomerol (Clos des Galevesses ), in Fronsac (Ch. Dufort Pontus) and co-owner with the Boüard de Laforest family of Château Bellevue, Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé.
All the bottles displayed in our website are stocked in our cellar in Bordeaux.
