Co-manager of Domaine de la Romanée-Conti, Aubert de Villaine also owns a magnificent estate in Côtes Chalonnaises. There he applies the same discipline of work in the vineyard as on the mythical cru of Vosne-Romanée. We don't know his secret, but every year the magic happens

Prestigious ambassador of the Aligoté grape variety, Bouzeron from Domaine A et P de Villaine is not fooled into the kingdom of the great whites of Burgundy.
Surprisingly fresh and delicious, it reveals a subtle blend of flowers and lemon notes on the nose.

On the palate, the finesse is there and we never tire of this dashing fruit rocked by a halo of minerality .

To be discovered as an aperitif or with all the seafood products.
