The property has over 30 hectares of vines. It is undoubtedly one of the largest areas of Barsac. The name contains "Doisy" (Daëne, Dubroca and Védrines), created in the 19th century following a sharing.
Its terroir, the croup of Haut-Barsac, is made up of clay-limestone soils and shallow fine gravel, which rests on a limestone plateau with asterias.
