MEI KUEI LU - BAIJIU (old bottle)
It is a Chinese spirit made from Kaoliang (fermented sorghum) in which rose leaves have been infused. Still known as Chinese sake, Mei Kuei Lu Chiew is a popular alcohol in China, Taiwan and Korea (goryangju). It is a liqueur that has a strong aroma and a slight sweet taste. It is a pleasant and refreshing drink for all seasons, as well as in the kitchen for flavoring salty meat dishes and for carrying out culinary experiences.
All the bottles displayed in our website are stocked in our cellar in Bordeaux.
