ALSACE GRAND CRU ALTENBERG DE BERGBIETEN - Biodynamic LOEW 2015

 This wine comes from a stony Muschelkalk terroir covered with red marl, facing south. The 25-year-old vines take root in the bedrock to extract only the purest nectar from the land. Mineral and elegant nose opening with notes of elderflower and liquorice. This rich but fine wine presents aromas of eucalyptus and chamomile. In the mouth, white flowers intermingle with vine peach to give acidity, a wine of renewal. Dry and elegant, it will make a perfect dialogue with swimming fish.
