A true masterpiece in terms of blending, the Hibiki 30 years old is a blend of the most precious single malts of Yamazaki and Hakushu, aged in different types of casks, and subtly blended with grain whiskeys aged over a thirty years.

The result is an interminable farandole of gourmet aromas of raisins, prunes, dried figs, apricot and chestnut jam, all coated with spicy notes of gingerbread and cinnamon. After having made you travel in a rich and intense aromatic universe, it will disappear with elegance leaving you some subtle touches of leather, cedar and brown sugar.
