This 9 hectare Languedoc wine estate is located in Langlade in the Gard, a village renowned for the grandeur of its wines since the 17th century.
This Pays du Gard wine is made from a blend of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache. The finely woody and very fruity nose is particularly expressed on blackberry, blackcurrant grain and wild cherry. In the mouth, it is very greedy and also presents fine tannins.
Regarding its production, the harvest is carried out manually, in accordance with organic farming. The grapes are then vatted, without going through the destemming phase. The tank remains open, with the cap immersed for 18 days. The wine then benefits from aging on the lees for 16 months.
