KIRIN Fuji Sanroku - Mount Fuji - 50%

Located at an altitude of 620 m at the foot of the famous Mount Fuji in the city of Gotemba, the distillery produces remarkable Japanese whiskeys. Opened in 1973, this rather young distillery has the particularity of integrating the entire production process of its whiskey on site, from brewing to bottling. Kirin Whiskey enjoys the purity of the region's spring waters emanating from Mount Fuji filtered naturally for several decades. Aged in 180 liter barrels, allowing ideal contact between liquid and wood, the whiskey benefits from a rich, woody and malty character.

Color: Intense gold.

Nose: Fruity and floral, with notes of cocoa, iced chestnut and banana.

Palate: Mellow, smooth, creamy and well structured, we discover flavors of cherry and praline.

Overall: Long and smooth with subtle notes of spices.
