The Keller family has been running this estate since 1789. Klaus-Peter, who took over the management of the estate in 2001 with his wife Julia, belongs to the 8th generation of producers. This Domaine has become one of the most famous in Germany (Gault Milau ***** - Parker *****).
By dint of hard work, research, patience and willpower, the Keller family led the small town of Flörsheim-Dalsheim to its inclusion in the Guinness Book of World Records, for having obtained the highest number of awards for its wines. . No other estate in the Rheinhessen has won as many gold medals for its wines in national and international competitions as Domaine Klaus Keller. No other estate in Germany can boast of having produced so many high-quality wines over the past 10 years. From simple QbA to Grands Crus, Klaus-Peter's wines are deep, complex, racy.
In 2002, the Keller estate obtained the supreme award: the Vinitalie Prize in Verona, thus rising to the rank of Châteaux Margaux, Penfolds, Vega Sicilia, Mondavi, recipients of the same prize in previous years.
