considered one of the most beautiful classified jewels of the appellation. The Angelus and its second wine, Carillon de l'Angélus, are the perfect expression of the inexhaustible Merlot and Cabernet Franc, which give a silky wine, of very high maturity, surprising by the freshness of its flavors. This tasty balance is dominated by flowers,
red fruits, vanilla or liquorice.
