The 2019 Edition of Mars Komagatake Double Cellars invites us to travel to Japanese land, with a unique blend of whiskeys distilled in 2014 in Shinshu and aged on both sides of the country. Thus, barrels of American white oak, Bourbon and Sherry stayed in the cellar of Shinshu, a distillery perched 800 meters above sea level in central Japan, while in the far south of Japan, on the island of Yakushima, Bourbon barrels have aged in the eponymous cellar.
