The estate's wines are concentrated and sensual wines, aged for more than 20 months after 2 rackings with a grade potential of more than 20 years for Grands Crus, and more than 15 years for 1er Crus. The Chambertin 2014 is particularly successful, rated 19.5 / 20 by Bettane and Desseauve and 19/20 by the RVF, it is qualified of King Chambertin in his majesty. He integrated his breeding 100% new barrel without frowning. Full, racy, an idea of quiet strength. Le Charmes Chambertin 2014 is a wine with an apparent sweetness of the fruit, a wine with good evolution potential. The estate produces Gevrey Chambertin 1ers Crus, known worldwide as the Gevrey Clos St Jacques, which is on a par with Grands Crus in many vintages, of which 2014 is described as a very sappy, spicy, racy, straight, long and deep wine: only superlatives!
