Yvon Metras - Fleurie - Le Printemps 2018

Domaine Yvon Métras is located in Beaujolais. Since 1988, he has been vinifying at the family estate of approximately 5 hectares and producing cuvées in the appellations of Fleurie, Moulin-à-Vent and Beaujolais Villages. All of the estate's wines are made using a minimalist intervention method, without chemical inputs and with low yields.
