Domaine de La Réaltière - Cante Gau Solera - Rosé 2019

The Domaine de la Réaltière is located in Rians in Provence, in the Coteaux d'Aix en Provence appellation. The estate was created by Jean-Louis Michelland in 1994, and has been managed by his son Pierre Michelland since 2001. The vineyard spreads over 12.5 hectares and is surrounded by an olive grove and a forest of holm oaks and pine trees. The vines have been cultivated organically since 1994 and certified biodynamic since 2011.

Cante Gau is an atypical rosé, aged in a Solera system made up of old barrels and is therefore the result of a blend of several vintages.
