Los Javis - Mezcal Tobola - 46,97%
Los Javis Mezcal is a Oaxacan family-owned and operated Mezcal from Santiago Matatlan, in Mexico. Hand-selected agave is roasted in a conical stone oven, tahona milled, and naturally fermented in wooden vats. Mezcal Los Javis is distilled in small copper pots and is individually bottled and hand numbered.
This Mezcal is produced with maguey Tobala. It was distilled in 2015 by “Maestro Mezcalero” Don Javier Mateo. 120 bottles have been produced.
