Domaine Nicolas Raspiller is located in Chaux, in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits appellation in Burgundy. It was founded by Nicolas Raspiller in 2017, drawing on his fifteen-year experience working with Burgundy and Champagne winegrowers. From the start, he began converting the vineyard to organic farming and implemented natural techniques for reasoned and sustainable cultivation. In addition to growing vines, Nicolas Raspiller is a beekeeper and produces honey.
