Clos des Centenaires - Luxury Calm and Voluptuousness - Magnum 2019

Le Clos des Centenaires is located in the Costières-de-Nîmes appellation and extends over 7 hectares of a hill of Villafranchian pebbles. Le Clos des Centenaires belongs to Luc Baudet and his wife Stéphanie. The soils are cultivated in natural grass with superficial plowing and particular care given to the biodynamic compost that they prepare each year. Inputs are limited to natural products approved in organic farming , without pesticides.

The Luxe, Calme et Volupté cuvée is made from Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Petit Verdot (40%), Merlot (10%) and Syrah (10%) . Vinification is done in concrete vats and aging in oak barrels used for one to three vintages for 12 months .

Grapes: 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Petit Verdot, 10% Merlot, 10% Syrah
