Château THE GOSPEL 2006
Château L'Evangile is located in the commune of Pomerol , in Bordeaux . The Léglise family , originally from Libourne, is behind Château L'Evangile. In 1862, L'Evangile was bought by Paul Chaperon, whose heirs, the Ducasse family , would remain the owners until 1990. In 1990, Domaines Barons de Rothschild (Lafite) acquired L'Evangile from the Ducasse family. The 22-hectare vineyard is managed by Olivier Trégoat , Technical Director of Château L'Evangile, Château Rieussec, Château Paradis Casseuil and Domaine de Long Dai.
