Champagne Gondé-Rousseaux - Blanc de Noirs 2011
Champagne Gondé-Rousseaux is located in Taissy, in the Montagne de Reims in Champagne . The house was founded in 1976 by Edith Rousseaux Édith and Didier Gondé , working on a rental area of 3.96 hectares. Since 2013, Florian Gondé has taken over the management of the estate and has evolved towards biodynamic viticulture, without certification. Champagne Gondé-Rousseaux practices gentle and creative oenology, with pressing and vinification in small volumes and the conviction that each of the plots of the vineyard is unique.
Blanc de Noirs 2011 is a blend of Meunier (80%) and Pinot Noir (20%) . The wines of each grape variety come from a single terroir on a single plot. They are aged on lees for 6 months and do not undergo malolactic conversion. After blending, the wine is aged for 6 years on slats then disgorged in November 2019. It is bottled with a Brut dosage of 12 g/L .
