Clos des Centenaires - Calm and Voluptuous Luxury 2020

Le Clos des Centenaires is located in the Costières-de-Nîmes appellation and extends over 7 hectares of a hill of Villafranchian pebbles. Le Clos des Centenaires belongs to Luc Baudet and his wife Stéphanie. The soils are cultivated in natural grass with superficial plowing and particular care given to the biodynamic compost that they prepare each year. Inputs are limited to natural products approved in organic farming , without pesticides.

The Luxe, Calme et Volupté cuvée is made from Cabernet Sauvignon (40%), Petit Verdot (40%), Merlot (10%) and Syrah (10%) . Vinification is done in concrete vats and aging lasts 12 months in barrels of 1, 2 and 3 wines.
