Salers Gentian Liqueur - 1 Liter Bottle - 16%
Salers gentian liqueur was created in 1885 by Alfred Labounoux in the Massif Central . It is distilled in Turenne, in Corrèze, from yellow gentian roots from Auvergne grown in sustainable agriculture. After maceration and distillation, the liqueur is left to age in oak barrels for several years. It can be consumed plain, on ice or in cocktails.
