Domaine Sylvain PATAILLE - Bouzeron 2020

Domaine Sylvain Pataille is located in Marsannay-la-Côte in the north of the Côte d'Or, in Burgundy . It was founded by Sylvain Pataille in 1999, with a single hectare of vines while he was still working as an oenologist in a laboratory in Beaune. In 2001, he decided to devote himself fully to his own vineyard and to enlarge it, to reach today 17 hectares. All the vineyards, inside or just outside the Marsannay appellation, are certified organic .

Bouzeron is made from Aligoté , grown on limestone, marl and clay. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
