Le Nez du Vin - 12 aromas - New oak barrel - FR
Éditions Jean Lenoir were created at the end of the 1970s with the aim of cataloging and bringing to life the heritage of smells . In 1979, Jean Lenoir used an object suitcase with 120 aromas which he used to lead discovery courses on wine and met with great success. This is how in 1981, the object book Le Nez du Vin was born and 1,000 copies were sold by subscription.
Since then, a small team has been established in Carnoux-en-Provence and Paris to manufacture, sell and promote the works throughout the world. The range has developed greatly, today it consists of the Nez du Vin in several formats and its variations (the defects, the new oak barrel, etc.), the Nez du Café , the Nez du Whiskey , the Nez de l 'Armagnac etc.
