Domaine Dard et Ribo is located in the town of Mercurol , in the north of the Rhône Valley . It was created in the 1980s by René-Jean Dard and François Ribo . Today they own terroirs in the Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph and Hermitage appellations. They produce natural wines to highlight the purity of the fruit, finesse and lightness.

The Hermitage Blanc from Dard et Ribo is made from Roussanne . The vinification is traditional then the wine is aged in demi-muids for between 12 to 14 months .

Grape variety: 100% Roussanne
