Domaine Les Terres Promises - Hinterland 2023

Domaine Les Terres Promises is located in La Roquebrussanne, in the Var in Provence . It was founded by Jean-Christophe Comor in 2004. The 15-hectare vineyard is located at an altitude of 400 meters on a terroir of Jurassic dolomitic limestone. Since 2012, the estate has been producing wines in the Bandol appellation from the communes of Beausset and Castellet. The vines are cultivated in organic farming , vinification and aging are done naturally without additions or inputs.

Arrière-Pays is a blend of Sémillon (75%) and Ugni Blanc (25%) . Vinification and aging are carried out in demi-muids for 6 months .
