COGNAC PAUL GIRAUD - Napoléon - Grande Champagne - 40%
The 42 hectare vineyard Paul Giraud is located at Bouteville , town located in the heart of the Grande Champagne , on clay-limestone soils. From cultivation to distillation, Paul Giraud gives priority to ancestral know-how to best serve the expression of its terroir through authentic cognacs which are not from blends.
In order to preserve the quality of the Ugni Blanc grapes, the harvest is still done manually. Winemaking and distillation are done on the property. Aging in oak barrels brings all its nobility. The particularly humid cellars give exceptional suppleness and softness to the cognacs signed Paul Giraud.
Napoléon contains eaux-de-vie up to 15 years old made from grapes exclusively from the Grande Champagne appellation.
