Domaine Preignes Le Vieux is located between Béziers and Agde, in Languedoc . Since 1905, the Vic family has managed the vineyard. The fifth generation, led by wine expert Aurélie Vic and winemaker Jérôme Vic , produces environmentally friendly wines with the principles of sustainable agriculture . They cultivate 18 grape varieties on 270 hectares of agricultural land, interspersed with scrubland.
The Petit Pont is the only way to cross the railway line to reach Domaine Preignes le Vieux. The rosé is a blend of Grenache (75%) and Cinsault (35%) . After a 4-hour skin maceration in the press, the grapes are vinified over a period of 12 days.
