Domaine des Marnes Blanches - Macvin du Jura

The Domaine des Marnes Blanches is located in Sainte-Agnès, in the South-Revermont du Jura . Since 2006, it has been managed by Pauline and Géraud Fromont , trained oenologists. The ten hectares have been managed organically since their arrival, and they obtained certification in 2013. The vineyard is divided into three islets in Cesancey, Sainte-Agnès and Vincelles and the plots are located on a terroir of white marl where the estate takes its name.

This Macvin is a blend of 2/3 grape juice (Chardonnay and Savagnin) and 1/3 old marc . It is aged in barrels for 36 months .
