The Bigallet distillery is a family business located in Isère. It mainly produces fruit-based syrups and aperitifs but also regional fruit and plant creams and liqueurs as well as candies and nougat.
This liqueur is made from water, sugar and verbena infusion and distillate harvested in the Grand Massif Central, plants and honey .
