Domaine Alain Graillot is located in the Rhône Valley, in the Crozes-Hermitage , Hermitage and Saint-Joseph appellations. The estate was founded in 1985 by Alain Graillot and today covers 22 hectares, mainly planted with Syrah and three hectares of Marsanne and Roussanne. It also owns two plots in Saint-Joseph and a small plot in Hermitage. The vineyards are managed using non-certified organic farming .

In 2010, Alain Graillot left the reins of the Domaine to his sons, Maxime and Antoine , to devote himself to a viticulture and oenology consultancy activity, until his death in March 2022. Since 2013, the Graillot family has also launched into the production of Beaujolais wines at Domaine de Fa.

Crozes-Hermitage is made from Syrah . The whole harvest undergoes punching down and pumping over for complete extraction of the fruit and a dense and deep color. The wine is aged in barrels for 12 months .
