Clos des Reboussiers - Pic Saint Loup 2021
Clos des Reboussiers (formerly Christophe Peyrus) is located in Cazevieille, in the Languedoc region . The estate was founded in 1999 on the southern slope of Pic Saint Loup and changed its name in 2020 following the installation of a new team. The vineyard covers 8.5 hectares of vines at an altitude of 270 meters and the terroir is made up of flint limestone. The property has always been managed organically and biodiversity is respected by the presence of fruit trees, truffle oaks and plant cover on the estate's plots.
Les Reboussiers is the estate's flagship cuvée. It is a blend of Syrah (80%) and Grenache (20%) . The wine is aged for 12 months in concrete vats and foudres .
