Domaine des Marrans - Fleurie - Clos du Pavillon 2017

Created in 1970 in Fleurie by Jean-Jacques and Liliane Mélinand from family vineyards, the estate was taken over by their son Mathieu in 2009. This one, who vinified previously in Australia and New Zealand, leads today 20 ha of vines spread over six appellations, including four wines. A safe bet

The estate's oldest vines, a deep red color reveal aromas of blooming rose, spices and black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry). On the palate, black fruits and spicy notes dominate. The tannins are fine and silky, of a very good length.
