Domaine Laurent Roumier is located in the commune of Chambolle-Musigny, in Burgundy. The origins of the estate are linked to those of Domaine Georges Roumier, founded in 1924 by Laurent Roumier's grandfather. Long associated with his brother, it was in 1991 that Laurent Roumier created his own estate with four hectares of vines under rent. By dint of acquisitions, his vineyard now covers 12 hectares. The estate's vines, mainly made up of old vines with an average age of 35 years, are worked in the traditional way, in the same way as his own father, Alain, did. Laurent Roumier cultivates his vines in a completely natural way without fertilizers or herbicides.
