For six generations, the Pouderoux family has worked the vines in Roussillon, present in the schist and red clay terroirs of the Maury sector, in the upper Agly valley. If Robert Pouderoux's grandfather was one of the pioneers of the Maury appellation, whose wines are still very successful today, the estate has diversified into the production of great red wines, mainly from Grenache. A small vineyard in the Latour-de-France appellation completes the range. A vineyard converted to organic farming and relatively long aging periods are all guarantees of serious and regular production, which is one of the region's sure values. The red wines of the Pouderoux estate seduce with their aromas of fresh blackcurrant and spices, harvested manually and aged in demi-muids. all these wines know how to age harmoniously.
