Bourboulenc or Malvoisie, Clairette, Roussanne and Marsanne make up the grape varieties of Château la Négly, i.e. 20% of the vineyard.
Marsanne and Roussanne bring a complexity of flowers and white-fleshed fruits. In order to preserve the integrity of the juices and extract as little tannins as possible, we perform our pressing in whole bunch and at very low temperature at night.
La Falaise Blanche exudes flavors of passion fruit and it is elaborated and vinified in Austrian wood and will delight the taste buds of the customers of the very beautiful restoration.
