Conaill Carnagh was a legendary knight who settled with his troops near what has become the town of Dundalk, in the northeast of present-day Ireland.
This is where this malt, exceptional for the purity and precision of its vanilla and lemon aromas, is distilled.
The distillery is inspired by that of Bowmore in Islay, with two stills for ironing, which is classic in Scotland but less so in Ireland.
Conaill Carnagh is bottled by Jean BOYER with the same thoroughness as that which governs the bottling of his ranges of vintage malts.
This is how Cornaill Carnagh is neither cold filtered nor colored. It is intact to retain the refined subtlety of its aromas.
