This 100% Barbera comes from a marl-limestone plot which gives it power and long aging potential.
The vinification is done in vats without adding yeast and sulphites, with a maceration of several weeks. Then the aging continues in used barrels to round off the tannins.
More concentrated than most wines from Barbera, there is nonetheless a bomb of red and black fruits, stuffed with freshness and spices, which will gain in complexity over time (it is still necessary to succeed not drink everything before ...)
