Domaine Ostertag is a 14.4-hectare family property spread over more than 80 "small vineyard gardens", mainly on the village of Epfig.

Directed by André Ostertag, the Alsace wines of Domaine Ostertag have become real references for their precision and their typicity.

Domaine Ostertag has reached a level of excellence obtained in particular by the passage of the vineyard in biodynamics in 1998, favoring the work by hand and prohibiting all chemical fertilizers, weedkillers and insecticides.

Today Domaine Ostertag is one of the spearheads of Alsace wines.

André Ostertag works his vines like a garden, hence the new name of this cuvée which replaces the vineyard of E.

The wine has a beautiful golden yellow color, with brilliant reflections.
The nose, fine and elegant, offers a beautiful maturity of fruit, with notes of yellow fruits, white flowers, spices with a petroleum hint typical of the grape variety.
In the mouth, the richness of the vintage dominates. Volume and fat balance with an underlying minerality. The finish is long and elegant.

This Riesling les Jardins is a great wine.
