Red macon

Traditional vinification with vatting for a short week, maintaining low temperatures and regular pumping over. Aging 8 months in oak barrels of 5 to 6 wines.

The wine reveals a light ruby color tinged with garnet. On the nose, a generous bouquet of red fruits, spices and flowers. The palate is greedy, peppery and slightly liquorice. Nice frank and fresh finish. To drink in its youth.
