Hermitage: flawless for many years, they have reached a level of perfection that commands admiration. Since 1481, the Chave family reigns supreme over the terroirs of the Hermitage. Yesterday Gérard, vigneron-peasant, in the most noble sense; today Jean-Louis. Undoubtedly the finest visionaries and observers of the Hermitage and beyond, the French vineyard in general.
