Domaine Dard et Ribo - Hermitage Blanc 2018

Domaine Dard et Ribo is located in the town of Mercurol, north of the Rhône Valley. It was created in the 1980s by René-Jean Dard and François Ribo. Today, they have terroirs on the appellations of Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph and Hermitage. They produce natural wines to highlight the purity of the fruit, the finesse and the lightness.

The Hermitage Blanc of Dard et Ribo is made from Roussanne. The winemaking is traditional then the wine is aged in demi-muids between 12 to 14 months. No additives are added, no filtration and zero sulfur.
