Eric Pfifferling - Domaine de L'Anglore - Tavel Rosé - Magnum 2019
The Domaine de l'Anglore is located in the Rhône Valley, in Tavel. It belongs to Eric Pfifferling, a beekeeper's son, and covers ten hectares in Tavel and two hectares in Lirac. He works alongside his wife Marie, and since 2017, their children Joris and Thibault have also took part in the management of the estate. The vineyard is cultivated in certified organic agriculture. The vines are cultivated without chemicals, the harvest is manual and the intervention in the cellar is minimal.
The Tavel is a blended Rosé dominated by Grenache and Cinsault, complemented by Carignan and Clairette. The grapes are carbon-macerated for 10 days and then aged on fine lees.
