NUOVO PARADISETTO - Marina Danieli - Vino Blanco 2020
Luca Gargano, owner of Velier, is a great lover of wines, which he has distributed in Italy for forty years. In the early 2000s, he called into question the production methods of many winegrowers. The lack of transparency on the use of chemicals, but also a growing standardisation of wines led him to create, in 2001, the Triple A wine manifesto, in reference to the three “trades” that any winegrower concerned with producing real local wines should master: Agriculture, Craftsman (Artisan) and Artist. Among the rules enacted by the protocol, we find the prohibition to filter, to use synthetic products in the vines and additives during winemaking, but also the obligation to respect the natural cycles of the vine and the use systematic use of indigenous yeasts. This new range of wines called "Nuovo Paradisetto" refers to the nickname given by Luca Gargano to its headquarters in Genoa: the "new little paradise".
