La Bastide Saint Dominique is located in Courthézon, in the Southern Rhône . Built around an old 16th century chapel, the estate was created in 1976 by Gérard and Marie-Claude Bonnet with a handful of plots. Over time and with a strong will, they develop their vineyard which today reaches 50 hectares in production in protected designations of origin Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, Cairanne, Châteauneuf du Pape and IGP Méditerranée. Since 1999, their son Éric has been making wine and marketing his production by combining traditional know-how and a modern approach to viticulture. The estate has been certified in organic farming since 2014.
The Côtes du Rhône Blanc is a blend of Viognier (50%), Grenache Blanc (25%) and Clairette (25%) grown on soils of sand and clay sparse with rolled pebbles. The grapes are put into direct pressing.
