Domaine Petit-Roy is located in Chorey-Les-Beaune , in Burgundy . The Domain is owned by Seiichi Wang . Born in China, he grew up in Japan and became interested in the vine at the age of 22. He completed an internship in a local estate in 2005 then left Japan to deepen his knowledge of wine in several prestigious estates and trained in Beaune. He decided to stay in France and created the restaurant La Lune in Beaune to finally launch, in 2006, and create the Domaine Petit-Roy. He works 2.1 hectares of vines cultivated in non-certified biodynamic agriculture .

The majority of its reds are made in whole bunches . For ageing, he uses no new barrels to avoid any marking by the wood. It still simply carries out a slight sulphiting during aging to avoid any aromatic deviation.
